I have been training with Priority Corporate fitness since March this year and have to say that I absolutely love the sessions. My trainer is full of energy and always pushes me outside my comfort zone.
Initially my motivation was similar to a lot of other people which was lose weight and tone up. But I also wanted to gain more energy as I often felt tired. After several weeks training with PCF I was motivated mostly to feel better within myself.
Since training with Priority Corporate Fitness I have lost 29 kilos and I have also increased my fitness to a level that I did not think was possible 8 months ago. Before I stated training with PCF I was not motivated to eat healthy but after a few weeks I wanted to eat the right foods to give myself more energy to exercise.
The ongoing support that I have received from my trainer during the sessions and also outside of the sessions has been a huge factor in me losing this weight. I have done personal training before but never got the results I did with PCF. I think the fact that I was constantly receiving emails, recipes etc. really helped me stay focused. Also the variety in my sessions are great cause it never allows me to become bored.
One of my new goals is to do the half marathon next October, I have never been a really great runner in past but I feel that this would be a really great challenge. I also want to continue living my 'new' healthy lifestyle and encourage my fiends and family members to become more active.
